A couple of years ago my younger son Dalton and I went to ComicCon Dallas. While we were there we perused the myriad collection of sweatshirts for sale. They had DC and Marvel, Star Wars, Star Trek, World of Warcraft, as well as all the houses from Game of Thrones. Dalton looked at me and said, “Dad, you need to design some logos for your law enforcement agencies, mercenary clans and crime syndicates for your story. Just stay away any that might be construed as being too similar to anything already out there.”
I have to say that Dalton was spot on with his advice. Now I just need to figure out what the logos are going to look like. Don’t worry, I’m still working on the story as well.
