My name is Ryan Parkinson. I live in Texas on the outskirts of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. I am a full-time law enforcement officer. I am also an amateur author with a few published short stories to my credit; mostly historical documentaries, true paranormal tales and Science Fiction works. I took the free jobs to get writing experience. I hope to one day become a professional author. In the meantime, I am working on an original Science Fantasy series that I occasionally take breaks from to work on various Fan Fiction yarns set in the Star Wars and Warhammer 40,000 universes.
